Refunds

Orders can be refunded partially or fully by both ThredUp and the partner. Each refund creates a corresponding Order Refund record available in the order response payload.

Refunds from the partner are created in the pending state meaning they are not applied immediately. A successfully applied refund has successful state and corresponding order refund lines.

Refund Scope

At the moment, you can specify only the gross amount of the refund which is applied to the whole order.

Order Line Refunds

To target a specific order line, provide the refund amount equivalent to that order line.
